From June 14 to 15, 2024, in order to implement the Implementation Plan of Rural Revitalization, at the Chengdu Service Headquarters of IFS International Finance Center 3451, Sichuan Province, proletarian entrepreneur Comrade Tang Hua gave a speech, focusing on the theme of "chain economy and common prosperity";. A 2-day learning session was held with 3,451 representatives, agents and distributors from all over the country.

       Guided by national policies and with chain economy as the cornerstone, this meeting jointly discussed new ideas and new measures to promote rural revitalization quickly and efficiently, aiming to contribute to the realization of rural revitalization and common prosperity.

At the meeting, Comrade Tang Hua elaborated on the contents of "three major wealth creation tools", "community concept" and "common wealth goal". He mentioned that China has made unremitting efforts to solve the problems of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" as the top priority of the whole Party's work, and has fully promoted rural revitalization and accelerated agricultural and rural modernization with the efforts of the whole Party and society.

       Comrade Tang Hua stressed that 3451 enterprises and all "co-rich partners" are not only the new force of this "battlefield", but also an important subject to drive the high-quality development of rural industries, we should lead by example, follow the pace of the country, use good chain economic tools, and promote the high-level "going out" and high-quality "introduction" of rural enterprise culture and products.

       At the meeting, he called on everyone to take active actions to join the ranks of seeking revitalization and promoting common prosperity, and to use the "big market" as the productive force to support rural revitalization, so that common wealth, enterprise sharing, market sharing, and resource sharing can be shared. Continue to strengthen the "3451 community of common destiny"; and work together to do a good job of the "big article" of rural revitalization strategy.
